I have an aluminum window with a broken spring mechanism for holding it open.
The window stick shows "SERIES ES 800 SH, AAMA/NWWDA 101/I.S.2-97, H-R40-48x72"
Are you able to sell me the damaged part, or direct me to who can?

Hello there, Daryl.
We can certainly help with this. It appears you have a non-tilt spiral balance. Our Series 400 (3/8" diameter) or Series 500 (5/8" diameter) would be my recommendation. You'll have to measure the outer tube on your old balance to determine which Series is best for your repair.
