Amerimax MG 4900 double hung window sash parts

A quick learner says:
The sash clip (my terminology) on one side of the lower window must be broken. The clip won't stay up in the sash track. See photo.
The window is Amerimax MG 4900 installed in 21007

Hello,

The part should in your photo is called a pivot shoe. I would recommend removing it from the window to compare it to the 15-177. If the specifications match up to yours, see the S152 coil springs and related items shown on our product page that are used with this assembly. Thanks for posting!
