Ah, this old thing. I've seen this a million times. If the gears are stripped, you'll need an all new operator. The problem is, they don't make these anymore and there is no direct replacement. We've tried using a bunch of different operators to replace this but have never had much luck. You may want to consider something like our 39-365 and 39-366, along with a new 39-114L handle, though I cannot guarantee these will work for you. I'm sorry we can't offer a better solution.
