Searching for Balance clutches MGM windows

Question

I am trying to locate replacement balance clutches for MGM2860 series. They continue to break and the windows are 11 years old! Company says they no longer have them! Part number, I believe, is 23020. Invoice says insert power number 2  phill. Info is from an invoice for replacements in 2010. The break is where the C hook attaches onto the spring.. the plastic is weak and not strong enough to handle use and heat. Dries out and becomes brittle and snaps off.

The style of your shoe resembles our 15-236 but yours looks a bit narrower than ours, which measures 1-1/4" wide. If your shoe is 1" wide, you'll need to purchase new S795 balances, as well as the 15-194 t-lock shoes to replace the wider 15-195 attachments that come with the stock balances. Thank you!
