Searching for Balance shoe 1997 long vinyl d/h sad

Question

Good morning - hopefully you can see in the photo - the ?seat? that the pin on the side of the window sits in is broken and when tilting in of course just falls out.

Can you also help with instruction on how to replace the part?

Thanks for your photos, Beth. Giving your photo a close look, I see you could use our 15-177 coil balance shoe as a replacement. The coil spring is screwed to the top of the pivot shoe, so you will have to remove the complete balance system. There some media guides we placed on this page that shows you different methods on how to remove them.
