This pivot bar you show us is actually broken. Can you show us an undamaged version from the window? 

Also, my deepest apologies: you also asked me to identify the coil balances, and I failed in this regard. You have our 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which uses our Series 152 Coil balances. if you're uncertain what spring weights you need, give us the exact weight of your window sash, and we'll work out what you need. 

Thanks for responding. Perfect. So if your window sash weighs exactly 16 lbs, (2) of the S152-8 8 lb Coil Springs will work for you. You would use one on either side of the sash, to total that 16 lbs of needed support. Your pivot bar looks a lot like our 26-226, but just go over the dimensions to compare.
