Paul from SWISCO responded:

Your balance system appears to match our Series 770 channel balance. Look it over and see what you think. You will need the balance channel length and the code stamped on it when ordering.

The balance shoe might be our 15-129, which is 1-1/4" wide by 9/16" thick. Please compare and see what you think. The pivot bar looks like our 26-068.

A home owner from Parker Colorado says:
Thank you. I will take another window apart
and get number on the side.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Sure, see our S770-27 with a 27B stamp. Carefully go over our pictures and information to confirm that everything matches.

A home owner from Parker Colorado says:

Sorry for the delay.

The only numbers on the Cam lock counter balance system I see are:

27 B

B.S.I.

B

J

Hope this helps and you can access these.
