I need replace both side, the codes inside are 15047, 15049,15048, 15050

Thanks for posting. This is a very old lockset that I'm not sure is still available anymore. You may be able to use our 82-005 as a substitute, however it is not the same size as yours and you may need a plate to cover up the hole it would reveal.
