This is a Coil Balance system. We can help, but we need to see it out of the window, along with the pivot shoe the assembly connects to, to identify what you need. From there I'll do my best to narrow this down for you.

Perfect, thanks. The shoe looks like our 15-199, which uses either our 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balances, or the 3/8" thick Series 165 springs. Compare the thickness of both with your old springs to see which matches best. Let me know if you have further questions.
