Are you able to show us a photo of the shoe or attachment at the bottom or top of this balance? I can't make any promises but that might help steer us in the right direction. 

Thank you! It's hard to say but our Series 795 comes to mind. This is just an educated guess though. You'll ultimately need to remove your balance from the window to confirm it matches the specifications of our S795. For example, our balance comes attached with the 1-1/4" wide 15-195 T-lock shoe with a closed cam so you want to make sure yours matches this. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions. 

One important detail to note is that the Series 795 attaches to the top of the track using a screw, not a hook. If yours needs a hook then let me know; we can still help but your balance will have to be custom-made.

We don't have a 1-1/2" wide shoe. The only size shoes that are offered for this Series of balance are 1" and 1-1/4".
