Thanks for posting. Your housing appears to be the same as the one from our Series 161 Coil Balance assemblies. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing hardware to confirm that this is the right replacement. You'll especially want to confirm the thickness of the your hardware. If it is not a match, let me know. We can take a loot at other solutions.

If the thickness is a match, keep in mind, the Series 161 balance only go up to 10lbs, so you'll need the S161-06 along with the 15-086 tandem housing and the S180-6 coil spring. The two 6lb coils will give the equivalent of 12lbs on each side of the window to support your 24lb sash.

You'll also likely need the 16-030 bracket.
