Hello,

The pivot shoe shown in your photos resembles the 15-177 shown below. This shoe is used with the Series 152 coil springs and the related items listed on our product pages. I would recommend removing your coil balance from the window to compare to these parts and looking over the related videos to help you through the repair process.

It looks like you also have a broken pivot bar. We should be able to replace that part as well but we would need to see an undamaged version removed from the other side of the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
