I need one for the right and left side of each window. My name isScott Warner.

The dimensions are at the widest part at the bottom is 1", it is 1 5|8" in height and 1/2" in depth. It had a green puck. Does one fit for both the right and left side or there a separate one for each side? Would your 15-194? Your recommendation? Also what is the part number for the jamb spreader? This is a Ryan home built in 2008.

Thanks for contacting us. This shoe looks like our 15-194 at first glance, but this will not fit on your balance. Your shoe has a deep groove in the stem, which indicates that the balance channel itself will have a similar groove. This is not something we can replace.

Instead, you'll need an all new Series 795 channel balance. That's the only replacement option we can offer for this hardware. The Series 795 comes with a larger shoe by default, as well, so you'll have to purchase the 15-194 separately and swap the shoes out when you receive the hardware. We have a video on how this is done. It's very easy.

You also say you need jamb spreaders, but I don't think you want to use jamb spreaders for this window. It shouldn't be necessary. The balance simply tilts in and then you can twist it out.
