Hello!

The balance you show here looks like a match for our S795-26 with the 26C strength option. This comes with the 15-195 shoe by default but I'm not sure if this is what you have. I recommend removing your shoe from the track to see if it matches our 15-195. If it doesn't, see if the specifications of our 15-194 could be a better match.

Please note: Our Series 795 channel balance installs with a screw tab. If yours uses a hook, please let us know! We will still be able to help but this would just need to be a custom order.
