Searching for Ppg herculite storm window tilt key

The both ends of the pic submitted  broke off I would like to replace. It's a Strom window Ppg Herculite X tempered safety glass.

Thanks for reaching out! We believe your door glass panel uses the Larson Storm Window Swivel Corner, part 95-191. Compare the measurement for the width of the corner as well as the design. Also, take a look at the attached guide below for instructions on removing and installing this hardware.
