Searching for RM26005 pivot shpe

This information doesn't tell us what hardware your window uses, unfortunately. In order for us to help, we would need to see a photo of an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window track. 

Thank you for getting back to us. We don't sell this shoe, unfortunately. The best we can offer is to replace the balance with the Series 795 and 15-194 shoe (sold separately). We don't sell an open-cam version of the 15-194 but it's a place to start at least, though I can't promise it will work. The video below will show you how to swap out this type of shoe.  

One important detail to note is that the Series 795 attaches to the top of the track using a screw, not a hook. If yours needs a hook then let me know; we can still help but your balance will have to be custom made.
