H-R65-44x62 window

It looks like somebody has tried to do something with these before?

Your original pivot shoe has been discontinued, but we recommend reviewing the 15-177 as a replacement. This pivot shoe is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs. Please review the overall dimensions to confirm a good fit and let us know if you have any additional questions!
