Searching for Silverline 2900 mortise lock

I have a Silverline #2900 SH Sandstone Low E sliding glass door that was installed in Dec 2012, new house. I found a mortise lock, below, that seems to meet the mounting specifications and functionality. I just want to confirm this product will work and if not, what is the return/replacement policy?
