Greetings. My first thought was that either the 95-073 or the 95-236 could fit your storm sash. However looking further at the photos you might have a off set tilt key like the 95-064. A last possibility is perhaps the 95-191 tilt key. The only way for you to pick the correct corner would be to remove yours from the storm sash and compare the dimensions to find out.
