I'm looking for a part that apparently you don't have so here's a couple of pix.  The part is labeled as this. Truth Casement Window Straight Arm Operator 40056. Right position. Thanks for your help!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell this exact operator setup. The best options in our inventory appear to be the 39-083 which is compatible with the 39-170 bracket and 39-177 hook. I don't know how handy you are but the 39-365 operator and the 39-520 track could be a good choice for the weekend carpenter. Look these parts over and see what you think.
