Part number on window arm
Norco Windows T- CA- 94.

Window will not crank back in. I also need the cover. Thank you.

You would need to check to make sure, but the 39-032 operator could be the one you are looking for. See if it matches up to yours based on the dimensions on our product page. Casey, after watching your videos, I was able to remove the molding to take these photos.
It is a Entry Gard Truth operator. Part 20755
For the RIGHT Side. Measurements 3 3/4" and long arm 9 1/2". Ther is a smaller part number if you zoom in 45179 on the bottom plate. Could this be your part 39-156 Caradco for right hand side?

Hey, Benny. Without photos I'm not sure what to recommend, but start with the 39-032 and 39-031 that Casey mentioned in her first response. Carefully look over our photos and dimensions. You should be able to determine from our information whether or not they're a match. If they don't match, we will need photos. Let me know!

Tom and Casey I was able to get the new photos to load.
