I have a Alside Series 0601 Double Hung casement window and the metal piece on the shoe sash is broken and window won't stay up when you open it. Window Serial Number# 058-950-988. The window size is 31 5/8 x 73 1/4. The product line of window is 004-038. I need the part to replace. If you have a recommendation who could install, that would be great as well.Thanks Tayt
