I need to find one (1) Andersen casement operator with fold down crank handle in bronze. The housing is stamped C-1081-111. The first arm is stamped S-1081-36 R and measures 4-1/8", the second arm is stamped S-1081-66 and measures 4-1/2". The hole spacings are 3-1/16" and 2-1/2"

I could be wrong, but your operator does not look like one that Andersen ever used. Yours looks more like an older Ashland-type operator, which I don't believe is still available. Look at the 39-035 Truth operator, which looks similar to yours, to see if you could use this, along with the related hardware (in the list on this webpage) for your window.
