encasement window multi-point lock bar guide

Question

Please help me locate the proper fix for this multi-point encasement window lock.  The plastic bar guide has broken.  Do you sell the bar guide separately or do you have a replacement lock?

Hello,

I would recommend taking a look at the 38-144 casement window lock. Unfortunately, the internal plastic piece is not available separately but take a look and compare the dimensions to your part. Please note that you would also need to replace the keeper with either the 38-276 or 38-277. Thank you!
