Searching for felt spacer for channel balance

Hi,
I just purchased from your website,
(4) 30" Series 795 Channel Balance S795-30 option: 30B

(4) 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Open Cam 15-195B

These are to replace patriot block and tackle balances.

My Patriot balances have a 4 felt shoes (see photo) adhered to each balance; 2 on the top and 2 on the bottom. They look like they were origainally attached by peeling paper away from an adhesive surface and sticking them on the balance.

Without these felts the balances will not travel straight up and down in the center of the vinyl track.

I did not find this part on your website. Do you have it and if so will you please direct me to it with a link?

Thank you for your patience in this matter. Unfortunately, we do not sell these felt pads. In my experience they aren't usually necessary, so I'm surprised to hear you're having trouble. I recommend contacting a local hardware store. They probably won't have these exact pads, but they may be able to supply a felt material in the same thickness that you can cut to size.
