Looking for Marquee window parts
Balance with shoe 30" balance string on the top
Lock 2" between holes
Keeper 1 1/2 Wide 1" high 1" between holes
Single hung windows tilt in.

Thanks for posting. The shoe looks like the one that comes with our Series 795 channel balance, though it's smaller than the default option. You may want to swap out the shoe that comes with the Series 795 with the smaller 15-194. Check it out to confirm it's the same.

As for the lock and keeper, see our 90-278 lock and 90-301 keeper and see if these will work for you.
