Searching for midwest stock 4000 40WS276572 double hung part

I have midwest stok 4000. 40WS27752. 11inchs. double hung. F1349192.1
27. 3/4. X. 57. 1/4. 6/22\
this is the only info I have on these windows. I'm looking for locks which some are broken..... Tilt swivel parts etc.
CAN U locate these??

So far I can locate the locate the locks but not the correct locks but not the correct swivel parts. The swivel parts only has a one thin bottom made just under the swivel part, Not the long newer one maybe I could make those work. Not for sure.
Bottom part is broken off and doesn't allow the swivel to stay in.

I'm afraid I don't know what it is you need. I have no reference for that code in our records.

The best place to start at this stage would be to see clear photos of the hardware in question. I can then check our inventory to see if we sell anything that matches.

Thank you! This photo is a huge help. What you have here is called a pivot shoe. I'm very familiar with this style; this is an old and outdated model but I've personally replaced it with our 15-046 in the past. I recommend checking to ensure that yours is the same size, though, just in case.
