Searching for pivot bar

Hello I manage a apartment complex and the owners bought us the spring balance pivot shoes shown above from you. However the pivot bars we have are shaped differently and do not fit in the shoe please advise what type of bar is needed to fit. Thank you

Thanks for the requested photo. You'll need the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe to replace yours. These are not interchangeable with the assembly purchased.

The existing pivot bar should be compatible with this shoe. If you aren't sure, please provide a photo of it and I'll be happy to confirm.

The spring compatible with this shoe is the the Series 152 Coil Balance. It is attached using the 33-072 screw. Since the purchase was made for the S140-08, I assume the sash weighs 16lbs. That said, you'll need the S152-8.

To replace the cover for this balance, you'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.
