Your channel balance resembles the S795-26 with a 26C strength option except that your assembly uses the 15-198 hook and 15-272 bottom fitting for installation. The 26C strength option will support a window sash between  17 to 22 lbs. We can supply replacement balances with the specifications that you need but it will need to be a custom order. Also, note that the minimum order would be two balances.
