This door has no manufacturer that I can identify. The sliding mechanism has roller bearings.
Size: 3.1/4" x 1.5" x 5/8"

The door brand might be Great Lakes, GLW premier, and the sliding device Euro Glide

Many thanks for writing in. I am afraid this old 'tank tread' roller is no longer made. However, we've had people successfully use our 81-279 as a replacement. The adjustment screw sits a little higher than on your old roller but the wheel rides better than the noisy treads. Take a look and let us know what you think.
