Looks like you need a new coil balance system. Can you remove your existing assembly and show us the pivot shoe? The identity of the pivot shoe will determine the exact coil balances you need, and since Simonton uses a few different types, this is the best way to confirm what you have. Many thanks. 

A ton, honestly. You can see the Coil Balances themselves here, but some work with a number of different pivot shoes as well, which you may also need to replace. 

I do think in your chance, there's a decent shot you need the Certainteed Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances, which use a 15-192 Shoe. The video below explains more. But again, you'd want to remove and compare to confirm. Also note that you need the stamps on the springs, or the exact weight of the window sash, to determine the spring weights to select.
