Unfortunately, this handle set is no longer made. I think the only thing we carry that may work is our 82-005. This is a surface mount handle, meaning it has its own self contained mortise lock that does not need to interact with any mechanism inside the door. That allows it to work on just about anything, space provided. You will also likely have to drill new holes. Other than that, I think it would be a good solution.

How do I replace this handle? I have the exact same unit but the locking mechanism is bent inside and the lock mechanism falls off. This unit locks the door into the floor and top of the door frame. It does not lock into the wall like most sliding door handles. I have no key for my sliding door either. I am trying not to replace the entire door due to outdated technology.

If the door is stuck in the locked position with no way to unlock it, then you have a very difficult project ahead of you. The door will likely need to be cut open so that you can remove it. I would suggest contacting a local professional to do this for you, since it can be labor intensive and not at all simple to do.
