Searching for window pivot shoe

Can you help identify this window shoe balance?  Markings on the window 03-12-04 AWC-1148 IGCC-C-03 and on a sticker on a sash it says 113-014881

Thanks for choosing SWISCO for your hardware needs. Our 15-177 pivot shoe should be able to replace your current one. Look over the measurements to make sure they match up with one another. These pivot shoes are used with a Series 152 coil spring. You will need the spring number stamped on the coil to determine which option will work best.
