Sears / Accu-Weld Window Parts Needed

A home owner from Massachusetts says:
Looking for a suitable replacement for the pivot lock shoe or the entire balance spring/pivot shoe unit as well as matching pivot bars for a Sears (Accu-Weld) window manufactured circa 2002.

Pivot Shoe is 9/16" thick, 1 1/4" wide, and 1 1/2" tall

T-bar pivot is 5/16" wide, 13/16" thick and is 1 3/16" from end to center of first hole with 3/4" center to center on the holes. The "T" appears to be 15/32" wide.

Coil Balances are marked "4 42x" and "4x"

Thanks...

Hello there. This looks like a Series 140 Coil Balance system to me. If there are two coil springs one each side of the sash, and both are stamped '4', then it's possible you need the S140-8 8 lb system; but double-check this to confirm. If in doubt, obtain the exact weight of the window sash. Divide that weight in half, and it will tell you how much support you need on each side of the sash.

For the pivot bar, see if our 26-454 matches up.
