The patio door hardware shown in your photos resembles the 82-086 shown below, as well as the 82-249 keeper. We should be able to supply a replacement for your mortise lock as well but we would need to see photos of the original to compare to ours. As we mentioned, we would need to see a photo of the original lock in the center of the door that engages with the keeper shown in your last photo to compare to our inventory. 

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like your lock uses a faceplate for installation similar to the 82-265. I would recommend starting by comparing the dimensions below to your assembly.
