What are the parts numbers for these items and these are 2 spring  What springs go on these  There is no screw, instead a hook   Thanks   Jim P

Your pivot shoe looks like a match for our 15-177 which is designed to use the Series 152 coil springs. Compare our dimensions to yours and let me know if you have any questions. For new coil covers, see our 15-143 bushing, 15-144 cap, and 15-145 barrel.
