Based on your photos and description, I am assuming you're looking to replace your top sash guide. Is that correct? If so, I think our 18-008 will work, though it seems there is something in the way of the part for me to be able to get a good look. For the other parts photoed, if you'd like replacements for those as well, we'd be happy to help. For the balance, we need to see a photo of the nylon fitting at the other end of the balance, along with any stampings or markings. Make sure to provide the metal length of the balance. For the window lock, we will need the screw hole to screw hole measurement.

Looks like you need a new channel balance. Your exact model isn't made anymore, but I believe that you can use either our S380-26, which has a 1" deep shoe, or our S385-26, which has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. You'll have to measure your shoe to confirm the better choice. I know the difference doesn't seem like a lot, but it is important.
