Seeking Channel Balance & Top Sash Guide

I am in a search for two parts. ONe is the channel balance and the other is a plastic part that resides at the top of the windwo portion

Thanks for posting. For your channel balance, we need to see the end attachment(s). If you could confirm the length of the metal channel, not including those end attachments, that too would be helpful.

Your top sash guide isn't made anymore, but our 81-171 can replace it. You will however have to cut the top off a little to get it to work.

I have photographed the ends of the channel balance. The length of the metal portion is 28 inches

With this combination of attachments, you could have either a S380-28 or S385-28 channel balance. You need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a 2750 spring strength option for your balances.

It looks to me like the bottom piece is 1" the S380-28 model

Judging from your photo, the nylon shoe looks like it is 1", so I agree, the S380-28 with makes sense. Remeber that you will need to choose a stamp option of 2750, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 26 through 30 lbs.
