Seeking Coil Balance Assembly

I have a single hung window, balance assembly on one side broke can you please help me identify the replacement part to order. These are simelton windows

Thanks for writing in. This pivot shoe looks like our 15-199. This shoe is compatible with our Series 160 and Series 165 balances. To know which coil springs you need, measure the 'thickness' of your old coil springs. The Series 160 is 1/2" wide, while the Series 165 is 3/8" wide. Let us know what you find.
