The windows with these coils are no longer staying up. I am trying to find a replacement or an alternative that can fit in the slots for the existing windows window. The length of the whole piece is 59.5 inches, the width is 3.5 inches and it is 3/4 inch deep.

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacements for the jamb liners that the naked spring balances install in but we do offer the 15-104 friction shoe. Review the specifications below compared to yours. If you need the entire assembly, I'd suggest reaching out to a local millwork for new jamb liners if you have a wood window. If it's a vinyl window, they would likely be specific to the window manufacturer. I'm sorry we won't be able to offer more assistance with this repair, but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
