Seeking coil cartridges with blue pivot

Question

I have a window that the spring coil snapped after years of use. I have shopped images and it appears to be a blue Series 31 coil balance cartridge for tilt windows. I looked on your site but can't find the part. I have 9L stamped on the plastic. The closest part I can find is 01-31-1A-9-1 but I need a left and right. How can I tell from this part number?? I made a cut out to remove the old part but still need to replace it. I can provide pictures later. Thank you in advance for any guidance you provide.
