Seeking replacement part that has a exterior lock

Hi, I'm looking for a part to replace this sliding door lock, BUT I'm looking for a part that has a lock on the outside to unlock/lock the door, similar to an entry door.

Thanks for writing in. We don't have an exact match for what you need, but I think you could adapt to a surface mount handle set like our 82-005. You can then also use our 82-306 Keyed Outside Handle with this. Let me know what you think.
