Seeking to identify sash balance

Sash balance. 34" in length. Double-hung window. Lower pane tilts in for cleaning. Need to replace sash balance on left side (and probably right side, too). Not sure what kind of part I need. Thanks for the help!

Thanks for your post! There is a good chance we can provide a replacement for this window balance. Although, to determine the correct match, I'll need to see clearer photos of the top and bottom attachments on it. The bottom attachment is likely to still be attached to the bottom of the window sash.

Your window balance is a custom, Series 795 Channel Balance. It is considered custom because we'll need to add a hook to the top of them. To confirming pricing and availability for the replacements, I'll just need to know the number of balances you'd like to purchase. The quantity minimum is (2) assemblies.

The replacements will come with the 15-195 closed cam shoe installed to the top of them. Be sure to remove the existing shoe to confirm that it is 1-1/4" in width. If it is 1", you'll need the 15-194.
