How do I identify the part number and how do I measure it. It is a Semco casement window.

This looks like possibly the 39-031 and 39-032, which I believe we've seen Semco windows use in the past; but to be safe, I'd consider the 39-155 and 39-156 as well. The only difference between these two sets of operators is the length of the link arm, so carefully compare to see what matches best.

The difference between these two sets of casement operators lies in the length of the link arm. The pictures illustrating these differences are on the shop pages; but for your assistance I have enclosed the pictures below.

For the 39-031 and 39-032, the length of the link arm is 4-7/16" in length. The 39-031 is pictured below.
