Semco Double Hung tip-out windows

Question

I have about 20 Semco double hung tip-out windows all with similar problems with the shoe. I found part # 15-014 that seems close but mine are a little less than 1" wide. (3/8" X 15/16") Any ideas?

We don't have a shoe like this with a 15/16" width, but that's so close to yours that I think the 15-014 may still work. It's possible yours is simply worn down a little from use.
