Semco Operator and Lock handle

Question

My home currently has Semco windows installed and one of my operators is stripped. I am not longer able to open or close the window without physically pushing on the window. Since Semco is no longer in business, I am looking for a replacement operator for the right side of a double casement window that matches the attached picture. Also, it appears the locking mechanism is not long enough to engage the locking mechanism on the window. I just wanted to check if there was something longer that is available or if this is just a design flaw.

Hi there, thanks for writing in. In regards to your operator, take a look at our 39-031 and 39-155. You'll need to compare the dimensions, particularly the length of the link arm, to your part to see if either could be a match. In regards to your lock, would you be able to show me it removed from the window? I'd also like to know the distance between the installation holes, from center to center. Thanks!
