Semco Replacement

A quick learner from Colorado says:
HI there. The plastic cam in our window lock broke. Our house was built in 1999, and the window hardware says Semco. This piece is the lower part in a tandem casement sash lock. I was wondering about a replacement for it. I was also wondering if we'd need to replace anything else... the top part of the tandem looks like it works just fine.

I think Product Code: 38-144 is the replacement (as the measurements are the same), but I wanted to get your expert advice before I order.

Many thanks!

Hello,

I agree that as long as the dimensions on our product page match up to yours, the 38-144 would be the correct replacement for your sash lock. Thanks for posting!
