I am a Handy Man working on a customers windows, & ordered some of these: (8) 38-075 : "Truth Hardware Low Profile Sash Lock" latches but they were slightly different. The latches I need are from Semco windows installed in 1996. on the underside of the latch, it has this number cast into the metal: 45189 "Truth".
