Semco casement window

Question

The plastic knob on the end of long arm (9.5 inches), broke off so it doesn't stay in the track.  The crank mechanism works.   Do I have to buy the entire mechanism?   Is entry guard compatible with Semco?   Thanks!

The roller on the end of the operator arm that fits into the track unfortunately is not available separately. Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 39-027E and 39-028E operators to see how they compare to your original. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
