Semco crank broken

House built in 1991 and the crank broke/stripped. Do you have replacement parts and what can I supply you to determine correct part?

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your operator indeed appears to be stripped. Can you open the window and show us a full view of the operator's arms? That should help us narrow down some options.

Perfect, thank you! Depending on the length of the link arm, it looks like you have either the 39-031 & 39-032 or the 39-155 & 39-156. Look over the dimensions and see which one matches up with your old assembly.
